Sometimes, we slow down, and that is alright, but not being in motion for a longer period of time can be problematic if you want to get moving again. Newton’s first law is pretty clear about that, and it works as well for psychological matters.
Consider running, it is a great activity. You are always moving, except when you are resting. It is one of those activities that anybody with a pair or running shoes can do, and even without. As someone who loves running and is currently on a path to becoming a professional track and field athlete, all athletic disciplines are great for people who want to be on the move.
Sports in general are amazing and here with me, you will learn about athletics, sports and everything that can keep us in motion, keep us going forward, both physically and mentally. There are times when the latter is much more important.
